What we currently offer
Always one-on-one, personal and tailored to the individual.
We help with things like:
Reading letters, making phone calls or attending appointments
Looking for work or applying for a job
Staying in touch with family or social contacts
Understanding and following up on medical care
Planning daily tasks and handling paperwork
Gaining insight into how the prison system works
Thinking together about the future
Together, we work towards calm, structure, and perspective.
In small groups, we organize moments focused on:
Art, music, dance or theatre
Sports and movement
Relaxation, yoga and breathing
Current events and news
The content and pace are tailored to the group. This way, we create safe and connecting moments.
For those who enjoy working outdoors, support is available to join the care garden of Nido in Haren.
There, you can take part in:
Planting and harvesting
Outdoor work in a peaceful environment
The care garden is a place outside the prison, where calm, rhythm, and nature are central.
A safe step toward reconnecting with the outside world.
To participate, a leave permit from the psychosocial service is required, along with an introductory meeting with us.
Do you work in care, education, or the prison context?
Or are you a student in a social or people-oriented profession?
